Parcus Group, a global provider of training and consulting services for the telecom sector announced today that it has signed an agreement with Ethio Telecom based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to provide specialised telecom finance training courses and associated staff skills development services.

As the Ethiopian telecom market is gradually liberalised, our company recognised the importance of investment in staff training and critical skills development.
