Parcus Group has signed a consulting agreement with Solomon Islands Submarine Cable Company Limited (SISCC) to provide financial modelling and strategic advisory support.
The engagement will focus on strengthening SISCC’s capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing, alongside the development of integrated financial models to support decision-making and long-term infrastructure sustainability. Parcus Group will also provide training to ensure SISCC maintains internal ownership and ongoing use of these models.
